New Client And Cancellation Policy

Our hairdressers time is very valuable and we tend to keep cancellation list. Due to clients not showing up we have set the following policies.

New client bookings require a non refundable $50 deposit that will be applied to your appointment day of.

Appointments may be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time at no charge. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your booked services as a cancellation fee based upon the service booked.
